Post-construction cleaning is a specialized service designed to remove the dust, debris, adhesives, and construction residue left behind after building or renovation projects. Our structured three-phase cleaning process ensures that every area of the property is properly prepared, detailed, and finalized so the space is completely safe, clean, and ready for occupancy. This process allows us to handle both large construction debris and the fine dust and finishing touches required before turnover.

Phase 1 – Rough Clean (Initial Construction Debris Removal)

The Rough Clean phase focuses on removing the heavy debris and construction materials left behind after the primary building work is completed. This stage prepares the space for detailed cleaning by eliminating large waste, construction residue, and protective materials.

During this phase, our team performs a comprehensive removal of construction debris including boxes, packaging, stickers, shipping materials, and protective coverings from appliances, cabinetry, and fixtures. All surfaces are prepared for final detailing by removing drywall dust, adhesives, paint overspray, and labels that remain after installation.

Key tasks in this phase include:

• Removal of debris and trash from all rooms and work areas
• Cleaning and clearing drawers, cabinets, and shelving from construction debris
• Removal of decals, labels, and protective films from fixtures, mirrors, countertops, and hardware
• Cleaning of plumbing fixtures including tubs, showers, sinks, and toilets
• Vacuuming HVAC registers, intakes, and exposed ductwork
• Cleaning and polishing door handles, thresholds, and hardware
• Removal of adhesive residues, drywall mud, and paint overspray
• Vacuuming carpeted areas and sweeping or vacuuming hard floors
• Cleaning utility closets and mechanical rooms including water heater and furnace compartments

At this stage, our team also documents and reports any visible damage or issues discovered during the cleaning process so they can be addressed before the project moves to the next stage.

Phase 2 – Detailed Clean (Full Surface Cleaning)

Once the initial debris has been removed, the Detailed Clean phase focuses on thoroughly cleaning every installed surface within the property. This step removes the fine dust and residue that typically settles after construction and prepares the building for final inspection or occupancy.

This phase includes careful cleaning of all interior surfaces, fixtures, and installations while following manufacturer recommendations to avoid damage to finishes or materials.

Key services performed during the Detailed Clean include:

• Cleaning and polishing all plumbing fixtures including sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets
• Wiping down and sanitizing interior and exterior cabinet surfaces and shelving
• Cleaning and polishing countertops, vanity tops, and sinks
• Cleaning mirrors and frames
• Detailed cleaning of interior glass, windows, and window tracks
• Dusting and polishing light fixtures, lenses, globes, chains, and bulbs
• Removing smudges, fingerprints, and marks from painted walls
• Cleaning doors, handles, kick plates, and railings
• Cleaning and polishing appliances
• Vacuuming HVAC vents and registers
• Dusting all horizontal surfaces up to eight feet high
• Vacuuming carpets and thoroughly mopping all hard floors
• Removing remaining adhesives, drywall residue, and construction dust

Throughout this phase, extreme care is taken to ensure glass, finishes, and installed materials are not scratched or damaged during the cleaning process. All debris generated during cleaning is properly disposed of in designated waste containers.

Phase 3 – Final Clean / Touch-Up (Pre-Turnover Polish)

The Final Clean phase is the finishing step before the property is delivered to the client, owner, or occupants. At this stage, the focus is on polishing the entire space and addressing any remaining dust, fingerprints, smudges, or minor marks that may have appeared after the detailed cleaning.

This final inspection-level cleaning ensures the building meets presentation standards and is fully move-in ready.

Final touch-up services include:

• Touch-up cleaning of interior windows and glass surfaces
• Cleaning and adjusting window coverings and blinds
• Re-cleaning mirrors and polishing fixtures where necessary
• Spot cleaning plumbing fixtures, tubs, and showers
• Wiping down cabinetry, countertops, and surfaces as needed
• Removing paint spots or scuff marks from tile or wood flooring
• Vacuuming carpets and performing spot cleaning when required
• Wet mopping and buffing hard floors for a polished finish

During the final stage, the property is carefully reviewed to ensure that every area meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Any issues discovered are documented and reported so they can be resolved before handover.
